The worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while. ATR only interested in the big fish. When our home was being built ATR did all of the landscaping work and were sufficiently paid but their customer support ended after we moved in. Numerous phone calls for service were ignored but wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt I scheduled an appt for this morning for sprinkler system check and future blow-out appt but ATR was a no-show and once again left me hanging. Needed quote/estimate for landscaping project and called ATR. Noah T****** [owner] arrived at the time he said he would. We discussed ideas and material required for project. All seemed to go well and T****** said to give hime a couple of days and he would e-mail a firm quote to me. I waited 5 business days and called T****** explaining to him I had not recieved the quote and gave him my e-mail address again.
