I worked with ATR on a kitchen remodel and basement finishing and it was not a good experience. For starters, the original bid they gave was half of what the actual cost was going to be and they didn't tell me that until halfway through the job. Their responsiveness was horrible, I would call and text them multiple days at a time with no responses.
