Pilates! And a full gym! What's not to love?
I love ATP, I've been going with my son for physical therapy, him for his back and me for my right arm. Betty is wonderful, she is knowledgeable and amazing healer. CJ and Rosa are also wonderful with the work they do with me. I love the atmosphere and it is so close to my house and it is very clean. Highly recommended.
I've been a client for around 15 years, and go to the Pilates group sessions for the reformer workouts twice a week. It's the very basic training that's a foundation for the more advanced work that's above my level, but I truly enjoy the small-group experience with other people that I've gotten to know in the classes.
