Any facility that has a keiser machine is already a step ahead of most! Juan puts a lot of thought into every aspect of the gym and his experience and passion really shine. Having recovery options like sauna and cold plunge are also vital to an elite facility and a great way to maximize your training. If you are lucky enough to be near these guys get your butt through the door and take advantage of a world class fitness facility.
I’ve known Coach Bacca for over 10 years. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I haven’t had the pleasure of personally joining his conditioning program—but I’ve been able to follow his work from afar. With my deep experience in the physical conditioning world, I know how diligent he is in his studies and how much care he puts into his craft. The results he delivers for his clients speak for themselves. ATP gets five stars from me.
ATP offers group classes and personal training. After being a member for several years I could not possibly love a gym more. The environment is inclusive and well thought out. There is a recovery room with a steam sauna and cold plunge. The owners Stephanie and Juan, and coach Mary, are professionals and always learning and teaching their clients. Their fitness competency and philosophy is A+!
I have been working out with Stephanie at ATP for 8+ years. She is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with in my 51 years and I have worked with a few :-). She is extremely knowledgeable in all 4 pillars of the ATP philosophy: movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery.
