I have been going to many gyms and have had many workout regimen’s over my many years. This by far is the best fitness routine and has helped my everyday life. I Feel stronger and better in my every day movements. I highly recommend this fitness facility. Juan and his team are simply the best. They are caring and attentive. They individualize workouts/movements for your needs. Facility is clean and very family friendly. If you’re looking to feel good and strong every day try ATP!

Any facility that has a keiser machine is already a step ahead of most! Juan puts a lot of thought into every aspect of the gym and his experience and passion really shine. Having recovery options like sauna and cold plunge are also vital to an elite facility and a great way to maximize your training. If you are lucky enough to be near these guys get your butt through the door and take advantage of a world class fitness facility.

I’ve known Coach Bacca for over 10 years. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I haven’t had the pleasure of personally joining his conditioning program—but I’ve been able to follow his work from afar. With my deep experience in the physical conditioning world, I know how diligent he is in his studies and how much care he puts into his craft. The results he delivers for his clients speak for themselves. ATP gets five stars from me.

ATP offers group classes and personal training. After being a member for several years I could not possibly love a gym more. The environment is inclusive and well thought out. There is a recovery room with a steam sauna and cold plunge. The owners Stephanie and Juan, and coach Mary, are professionals and always learning and teaching their clients. Their fitness competency and philosophy is A+!
