I have been working out with Stephanie at ATP for 8+ years. She is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with in my 51 years and I have worked with a few :-). She is extremely knowledgeable in all 4 pillars of the ATP philosophy: movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery. ATP offers group classes and personal training. After being a member for several years I could not possibly love a gym more. The environment is inclusive and well thought out. There is a recovery room with a steam sauna and cold plunge. The owners Stephanie and Juan are professionals and always learning and teaching their clients. Their fitness competency and philosophy is A+!
I've lost 25 lbs and gained 15 in muscle. All the staff has been great. Ty the regional manager has been an amazing help.
