I’ve traveled to many gyms across the SWFL area. Me and my family evacuated for Hurricane Milton and I came into FlowHouse for a class the day before I went home to see how everything stood after the storm and I had an excellent time. The team down at flowhouse welcomed me with open arms and was very precise on the techniques we worked that night.
