Awful customer service. Check the warranty provider before you buy your restaurant equipment.
Really bad customer service, I called to enquire about an warranty issue from Canada couple of minutes ago but she is disconnected the call very rudely when i asked her to repeat the time when I can call back tomorrow. If you are there to serve your customers serve them properly.
