Haven't dealt with this company but the brand Atosa is aweful. Just bought a new prep table less then a month ago. Had nothing but problems with it. Lost food and sales due to the down time. Yes it's under warranty they have sent a tech out 2 times now and replaced parts last time and again says they are replacing the same part. Not happy with Atosa or their service !!! Stay away !!
