Not sure about the other artist..but I DO NOT recommend GARRETT. Shop was nice & clean. Professional atmosphere as you walk in...stopped in with a friend to see about getting a tattoo drawn up. Sign the form, paid the deposit, made an appt to get tattoo. Called a few days later (as dude said to do) to check on the status, was told it would be ready on a particular day (WHICH WAS 10 DAYS LATER).
