Ihor and his team have changed the game in our household. Summers have always been tough, with an ice-cold basement and sauna-like conditions on the 3rd floor. Ihor came by and suggested a new motor for the 20-year-old AC and a new ductless system on the 3rd floor. Other companies did not take the time to create a cost-effective and customized solution. Matt is so grateful. We highly recommend Atomic Heating and Cooling!
Igor and his team were very knowledgeable and clear on the work necessary to get the job right. Communicated found issues and dealt with it after consulting with us so there were no surprises.
I have called on Ihor and his team many times in the past to always be pleased by his professional service and knowledge. Just recently they were able to service my older furnace during this January cold snap. David the service tech came to our house within an hour and was super friendly and troubleshooted the symptoms and fixed our furnace issues for our family to get through this nasty cold weather. Highly recommend Atomic Heating, never let me down.
We have worked twice now with Atomic Heating. Last night our furnace went down and with the expected temperature drop in the forecast we were concerned. Ihor took our call late last night and had a person on site at 8:30 am who assured us that they would not leave until we had heat. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism and would not hesitate to refer others to them.
Amazing and reliable! our furnace was blowing cold air, Matt and his team were Quick to respond order parts and fix the problem. Definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.
