Have been at this gym for many years, nearing a decade possibly. The biggest thing to watch out for is the operating hours of the gym and debit success. you miss a payment you could be charged double or more per week, this has been my issue for a while now due to different accounts. Otherwise, the equipment here is probably some of the best youll find in vic, rarely any issues and hygiene is great. If it werent for debit success and the opening hours, would still be here.
Great gym. Big variety of machines. Friendly staff on reception and plenty of parking out back.
Great gym a friendly management team. Equipment, machines are first class with multiple options for each body part allowing everyone to get a good workout
I cancelled my membership 25 the of October and filled the form but the still charging me. I think this is their business model. Once you pay them, it is for life… just for people to be careful when signing up with these. Even checked twice before leaving the gym to make sure it is all good….
There was a miscommunication with th gym as my name was registered under my alias instead, hence their confusion below. I had encountered issues with payments with regards to the gym, but they had managed to solve my queries and responded in kind. After clarification with them, signing the cancellation form would take 30 days for the contract to be effectively cancelled.
