We dropped in for our first HYROX class with Coach Tracy and Coach Ram, and our experience at Atomic was exactly what we were looking for. The facility, coaches, participants and class were all great! The team is really welcoming and makes it a very supportive environment. Whatever intimidation of not knowing what to expect from our first time at such a facility was instantly set aside upon meeting the team and diving right into the class. Thank you, Atomic team; we're looking forward to checking out other classes at Atomic!
In town to visit family so searched for a CrossFit gym nearby. Found this great one on the sw side of Houston. Super easy to get checked in online for a drop in session too. Michelle, the coach for my class, introduced herself right when I walked in and made me feel welcomed. The workout today was a tough one (with my least favorite lift involved lol) but just what I needed to kick off the week. Thx for having me! Will definitely return next time I’m in town.
No easy WOD’s here. Great old school, garage box that was clean and organized. As a drop, the coaches & members made me feel at home…even cheered me onto the finish in last place. 🙂
