Nice place i like the organization people is so frendly
Visiting Houston and was dying from not working out and holiday food. Decided to drop in to Atomic. Coach saw me walk in an immediately greeted me. Showed me where to check in and checked on me throughout the class. The members were also very welcoming. Lots of hi 5s. Definitely a great place. Fun workout too.
We had an amazing time! My brother, Ron, came with me for a drop in class today. He’s never done CrossFit, and I have been doing it for 3 years. Pedro was a wonderful coach, the community was welcoming, and the workout was challenging but accessible.
I worked out at Atomic for the last 6 months and I loved it. The members make you feel welcome, and the coaches are great! I did the 5am classes and the 4-5pm as well for some time. I visited some other places in the area and I highly recommend Atomic! I am only canceling because the location is not working with my schedule, otherwise I would have continued with them. I am still doing the nutrition coaching with Tracy.
