Always been friendly and helpful
Atomic has been the best bank ever. You want customer service? Call the location. Tiffany has you covered. Need to open an account? Talk to Andrea. She’ll have you set up with a debit card in your hand in 20 minutes flat. Need to deposit a mix of cash and checks? Those tellers are ON IT. If Atomic has 100 account holders, I am one of them. If Atomic has one account holder, I am the account holder. If Atomic has no account holders I AM DEAD!!
No matter the branch, customer service is nonexistent, even after speaking with upper management there was zero resolution to a branch manager in Hillsboro demanding my cell phone so she could look through it to verify something. Would never do business with an organization that hates its patrons.
