I will never go back to this place. Had my radiator replaced and the cost of the radiator was only 237.00 dollars plus tax. They charged me a total of 853.00 dollars plus 85.00 dollars to diagnose it me come to find out I found another garage that would of done it for 440.00 dollars with lifetime warranty. Believe me if they have wouldn't of started working on my vehicle I would of took it to the other garage. They are robbing people. My advice is for people not to take their vehicles there.
Seem friendly and knowledgeable at first, but after they set you up with a price and actually charge you, they "fix" it well enough to get you out of the shop, then they will ignore your calls and block your number when you try to talk to them about the new occurring problems from their "fix". *** To reply to the reply from this shop owner. 1. Jeremy was extremely helpful and even stayed a little late to finish the job for me. My car even required a specialty tool and he had within two days. He's definitely my go to mechanic from now on
3 wrongs about this place. 1 I went to get my brakes fixed got them fixed or so I thought…. My brakes gave out on me while I was picking up my kids from school complete safety hazard I could’ve died!!! 2nd thing I called trying to fix the problem he was completely unconcerned about my incident. 3rd I went to a different mechanic they fixed my problem and was $100 cheaper I don’t know what type of establishment this guy is running but DO NOT GO HERE.
