Not for you if you don’t like queuing for an equipment particularly the Smith machine. Even that one gym trainer does not care to put the weights back. Only a few treadmills do incline. Check carefully for their opening time. Gym closes at 3pm on Sundays.

I hadn’t been to a gym in years but decided I had to get my fitness level up and lose some weight as I was over 50 and too heavy. I tried a few gyms before Atom and I didn’t like them. I’ve now been a member for over 2 years. Atom is a good gym, not massive but has everything I need. I don’t do the classes, probably will in the future. The staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

Good gym, only thing is it’d be unreal if it could be 24h, or just until 00:00, I only go at 19:00-2100 and it’s still fairly busy. But if you’re reading this atom please consider making it a 24hour gym, it would gain loads new members as a 24 hour gym is unreal

If you want a place that feels like home, go to Atom Fitness. Maybe it should be called Home Fitness! That’s what it feels like :-) It’s private but affordable. I think it’s so well priced, especially in today’s economy. The staff are simply incredible and I just love having a chat on life and fitness with Agnes and all the team. They’re also always willing to help. I’ll continue to call this place my home gym. I certainly made the right choice and so will you if you choose it!
