Not for you if you don’t like queuing for an equipment particularly the Smith machine. Even the gym trainer (AW) does not care to put the weights back. Only a few treadmills do incline. Check carefully for their opening time. Gym closes at 3pm on Sundays.
This is a great gym on Wynyard business park. It has loads of equipment, classes and has a professional vibe about it. And if you wanted a personal trainer I'd highly recommend Laura.
I feel I need to write this review based on a previous 1 star review left, I have trained at Atom Fitness for ver 12 years. I am a two time world cycling sprint cyclist and also hold more than 7 national gold medals. The staff are unbelievably rude and unpleasant. The gym itself is the size of a shoe box and the facilities are awful. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are very condescending and seem to look down on a group of young lads (even thought they work in a gym on minimum wage). Just stay clear of this place, absolutely horrendous experience.
