Absolutely amazing house. Walked in to high ceilings which automatically gave an feeling of space. 3 very large bedrooms were fantastic and although the 4th bedroom was smaller, it had its own ensuite which made up for that. The two extra bathrooms serviced the 3 big rooms. Plenty of room for visitors to sit on the deck or watch TV and the grandies loved the pool and the yard area. Everything in the kitchen that we needed plus laundry with pegs and powder!. Just fantastic.
Great house to rent, it has everything you could need..very clean and tidy
A very pleasant place to stay in at Port Douglas. Large, stylish, modern house. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces, several bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, good pool and BBQ. Located in a traffic free cul de sac, an easy drive to the centre of Port Douglas and the (fabulous) Marina, and a short stroll to Four Mile Beach. Tall vegetation to the east of the house makes for a cool and pleasantly green setting.
There are many better places around to stay in Port Douglas than this one. If you have a problem, the owner lives in Sydney and almost never responds when you call, meaning you are on your own. Ignore the reviews that say this place is just a stroll to the beach. It isn't. We thought it way too far for small kids to walk. Despite the house being listed as a four bedroom house, most of the rooms will be locked unless you have a booking for lots of people. This means you can't use them to store your luggage. Very spacious clean house. Pool was excellent temperature. Loved how short of distance to beach it was. Would definitely come back.
