The two young ladies at the reception desk were extremely unprofessional. They were having personal conversation that was inappropriate for a medical setting. They were also using their personal cellphones while ignoring patients needs. I was with someone being seen but I would never go to this clinic. I am a discharge planner at a major hospital out of state and this type of conduct is completely unacceptable.
