Shipping for my order was faster than expected and everything arrived as it should. I had some issues with the installation through not fault of ATO, ended up being an issue with the aftermarket Car Play that I had. I emailed asking for assistance and got a response the following day, on a Saturday, via PHONE CALL from the owner himself. He was able to work out the issue immediately over the phone and everything now works great. I will order from them again based on the customer service alone.
The kit is simple to install with only a few tools. The programming was pretty easy and also lots of other options now. Sound quality and connection is top notch with now feedback or anything like fm transmitter does. Will be buying more kits for sure!
Great product for a great price! The instructions were clear and it came with everything needed to add Bluetooth and carplay/Android auto to my 2016 Explorer.
