My AC stopped working on a Friday evening during the heat wave (32 C feeling like 40 C). Brad from ATN was at my house an hour and a half after I called and was able to diagnose that there was a wire shorted in the furnace due to the high humidity. All told it took about an hour for him to figure that out, ensure the system was back to working order and inspect my AC unit to make sure I wouldn't have an issue with it in the near future. ATN was a pleasure to deal with. They installed a brand new AC unit in the house I purchased.Their crew was so professional, polite and paid attention to detail.
