I procrastinated on my taxes for about 2 or 3 years. I already felt like the IRS was going to hunt me down. I reached out to the ATMs team maybe about a week before taxes were due. They were able to file an extension for me until my appointment. I wanted to submit my review when I received all my tax returns and well I got them. I am BEYOND pissed... !! DO NOT USE ATMS Springfield for ANY important business services!! I referred several people to Jennifer at ATMS for taxes this year, and I regret it majorly. Buckle in, it's story time... back on January 7th, I dropped off my tax paperwork to be filed. By March 19th, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to make sure everything was okay, and they said everything was fine, they'll get it done soon. I wish I could give 0 stars. This year was our first and last using ATMS Springfield to file our taxes. I signed and paid for them on February 29 and was told they would be e-filed within a day or two. Five weeks passed, and we hadn’t received our return. Using the IRS “where’s my refund” tool, I found that the website did not have a return filed for us. I caught this one week before the tax deadline on April 15 and called the office to see what had happened. I was told that if I had come to pick them up and pay for them, I ... read more
