I've been using Atmos vapes for many years with very good results, but recently I bought one that stopped working after 6 months of normal use. Since it was still under warrantee, I contacted customer support, confident that I'd be able to get a replacement. AtmosNation truly operates as a government, with regard to customer service. Apparently, all concerns are equalized and lowered in value, with radical avoidance of any sort of conflict. The net result of this cynical worldview toward customer service is essentially the browbeating of customers until they conform to their wishes and control. It's abusive and wrong and AtmosNation needs to be called out on it.
