I just called to pay a bill for my husband using the number on the bill. At the beginning of the call it offered for me to press 1 for the automated system and 2 for a person, I prefer to go through a person so I chose that option. It took 20 minutes of being on and off hold for the person to let me know that I still had to use the automated system. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! The doctor (settlemoir hyet) was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! i do not recommend this hospital to anyone!
I would give it Zero stars if I could! I definitely don't recommend going here they don't care about there patients and sit around and talk. I had a seizure and they gave me tylenol for for a "headach" they did not give me the proper treatment and violated my hipaa writes telling people my business I'd NEVER go there ever again !!!!
