Ignorant staff, was told to come in and do a repeat test. Got there was told to sit and wait for a room. I was unaware i needed to be re seen, so i said i had to go back to work as i was told it was jsut a repeat test i was coming back for. The person in the back i could hear her say tell her this isn’t a drive thru. VERY IGNORANT, as i work in the medical field this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS
From the receptionist to the nurse and nurse practioner I never had such a bad experience. Felt like nobody listened to me. My shoulders to my ribs pain level 10. Nurse comes in said I don't want to hear about your cancer in your lung nodes tell it to doctor. Doctor comes in she didn't want to hear nothing but get me to go to Rhode Island hospital. Every time I've needed to go to Armed I have been taken care of so well. Front desk kind and cordial. Nurse assistance patient and kind as well. Dr's spot on. Received a call when test results came in after one visit and changed the meds accordingly. Highly recommend Armed. Ended up there again. Best care as always!!!
I went to Atwood Urgent Care this morning. Everyone there was kind, personable and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit.
