2 stars for lack of Customer service from the new young guy at the window, the last 2 times I've used the drivethru. I expect it from mcdonalds workers, but not ar wells fargo. No "thank u have a nice day!", like every other bank teller has told me since the beginning of time. No, he just dead silences me, looking me in the eyes when I get my withdraw, as I say thank u have a nice day. I have attempted to take cash from the ATM multiple times over the last year because it convenient for me when I am driving home for work. It's always been empty.
Went in to ask for checks. 2 small book and a check cover. Was quoted 40 ton45 dollars..wow. then asked for an extra ATM card. Nix on that too. One card per customer. No exceptions. Very disappointed. Have been doing business with Wells Fargo for years. I had my business account with them. So not happy with them.
