This is a financial institution. I opened an account online and it seems representatives take that personal. I’v been misguided and told different information. Once I tried to sit down and talk I was mocked for not knowing tax rules. Honestly I’ve never felt so belittled by a financial institution. I will be closing my account by the end of the month for sure!
