I have attempted to take cash from the ATM multiple times over the last year because it convenient for me when I am driving home for work. It's always been empty.
Went in to ask for checks. 2 small book and a check cover. Was quoted 40 ton45 dollars..wow. then asked for an extra ATM card. Nix on that too. One card per customer. No exceptions. Very disappointed. Have been doing business with Wells Fargo for years. I had my business account with them. So not happy with them.
I can not speak more highly of the pure gentleman that have helped me at this branch. The manager Sergio went out of his way to speak to my employers (who were trying to treat me poorly) to advocate for my best interest. This was made even more admirable because I wasn't even a Wells Fargo customer. He took hours out of his day for communication with my employers, me, and other people involved just to make sure that I was helped as much as was in his power. The staff here is very efficient
they made me wait for god knows how long because of a simple check - takes the woman way longer than usual just to deposit my check only to tell me the check is not gonna be available on my account today. This has never happened since being a member with them. I’ve deposited checks more than 5k+ and showing up to THIS location was apparently a problem.
