I have been banking with this Bank since it was Valley national Bank when Wells Fargo took it over I was skeptical but I'll be honest over the years I've learned I can walk into any branch the one in AJ the one right by my house and they will help you out. I need a coin wrappers they gave them to me I needed a cashier's check they handled that and I didn't have to wait I was first in line when they opened.
A great bank. I've heard some crazy experiences of past members, but myself, I have had no problems at all. WF has always been extremely helpful, professional, reliable, and friendly. Only complaint is have is paying 10.00 per cashier check, I thunk that was a bit expensive. However, that's the only complaint I have. Banked here far over a decade with zero issues. Although many complain about Welsfargo, I myself have never once had a bad experience banking their in a decade. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Only complaint is have is that they charge their customers who are members there 10.00 for a cashier's check, ouch! For banking members i think it should be free, or 5.00 charge maximum.
Refused to see me for a quick notary stamp. They sent me away and said only online appts . I went to the other wells fargo more down the road. Don't go to this one.
