Staff previously kept pamphlets attached to meds with no issues including saying "no problem" and 'I understand" until recently someone I never saw in the decade or so I've been getting meds at the James Street Walgreens in Syracuse - despite that the service has been increasingly poor at the site - decided this was an egregious act. She treated me like a criminal and claimed it was mandatory to take the pamphlets, which again other staff happily agreed to shred for me. With the recent closure of the Rite Aid on Grand Street, all prescriptions were transferred to Duane Reade at Delancy Street. Recently I attempted to call them, was on hold for an hour. Tried again and after an hour of waiting went into Duane Reade and observed no one speaking on the phone. I put my phone on speaker while waiting in line. I saw Brttany Arrington the pharmacist hangs up the call. I told her she had just hung up on me. She asked why was I calling when I am on line.
