Arrived at the US Bank located off of Fort Crook Rd at 3:59, and was told they were closed (they closed at 4pm) and to drive across town to another branch. I came straight from work, I work 7 am to 3:30 pm, so it is very frustrating to encounter such rudeness and I know I got there right at the end, but come on, I just needed to pay my mortgage, it takes no more than two or three minutes!
