We came in to add a signer to the signature card. They made us wait for over 20 minutes completely ignored and were less than helpful. The woman at the front claimed to be with loans so wouldn’t provide any help. The person we needed to wait for was helping another customer but had no sense of urgency or acknowledged us in any way. For a “local” bank they were not at all friendly.
Great place to bank however terribly slow service at the drive thru. Simple deposits take 5 minutes even when the drive is clear and no customers are present. Should be simple in and out and that customer in the drive should be priority.
