Have dealt with several branches over almost 30yrs and found them friendly, helpfull and ready to help us with any services that we needed help with.
It's the worst bank I have ever dealt with. You can change the amounts without any special program on your savings statement. I told them, and they said yeah that's why you have a password to login..... today I tried to remove some cash and I couldn't because they didn't have any money to give me. Told me they can give me a cashier check and waive the fee. What a joke for a bank.
