I went into regions to use their atm. The machine took my card. I walk over to the security guard to let him know so he can inform the teller while I stay close to the machine. He proceed to tell me I was the 3rd person that had happened to. These was no sign posted or anything. Smh. I had to cancel my card and reorder it. PS I have an out of town bank so I’ll have to wait for a new card in the mail so I’m the mean time I have no access to my funds. Thank you regions.
2 employees and always 8 people waiting. They always have 3 other people In the branch doing nothing to help the long line. HIRE more tellers Or train the lingering employees to help customers.
