I experienced racism from Diba Dagoster. If you are a person of brown or black race don't expect to be treated fair and equally. Keep an close eye on your account, and question any suspicious debits or transactions. don't rely on the bank employees to assist you if your race is black or brown. Diba is NO GOOD!

The staff is very nice. Very polite. Unfortunately extremely inept. And the manager is the top of the iceberg of that one. No accountability, no responsibility, no urgency. Likes to blame shift. Stay away from this branch go to another branch. Regions is a great bank, but you will get a bad taste in your mouth if you go here.

I would like to take a moment and thank Regions Bank, Daphne Alabama branch. My wife and I on December 2nd were wanting to purchase some appliances and other items for our home. They were sale priced for that day only, with Lowe's and Amazon. We initially were met by Ms.Blakely Bacque. We were inquiring about a loan as we weren't sure what kind would be best for our needs. We have been he Bank at your even before it became Regions Bank and immediately changed to Region Bank when it replaced Fayette County Bank. We have now been banking at this branch building for 37 Years and find the service to always been excellent and we would highly recommend this Bank to friends.

Crestview Fl. I went in the other day to change my address & update my account, Flo helped me through the whole process & wa so kind & helpful it was an amazing experience! Also helping was Stella, & Ariel all was very professional & kind! Then when I came in after that to do my banking, Jacob was very kind & professional! I appreciate all they do! Thanks for what y’all do, y’all ROCK!!!

Been with Regions for a good 20yrs. They have always conducted themselves with excellent relational service. Recently took my 16yr old son to open a checking account and get his first debit card. He was treated with such care. They have always took care of our family’s needs.

They don’t even deserve a one star .. pouring rain and I go through drive through they say I must walk in w my 2 small kids in order to cash a check because I don’t have an account. I went to a prior branch three days before coming to this branch and they gladly cashed my check in drive-through never mentioning anything about having an account. They were rude and very ignorant. I will never bank here. I don’t recommend you do either.
