I phoned a Tom Guindon at (716) 912-9197 from at Atm Plumbing & Sewer to come to the house to fix a plumbing issue. When Tom arrived he said he needed to go to the store to get a part to fix what was wrong and that $120.00 would be needed. I paid Tom the $120.00 and he headed to the store. Tom returned from the store but was UNable to fix the issue, he stated he would return the following day to correct the issue and he needed the $120.00 as a down payment.
