nice shower door. Even after spending thousands, horrible customer service. Really disappointed. They are impossible to reach when there is, even, a slight problem. No one calls back, no one emails back. Will never use them, again.
ATM produced a great-looking low-iron shower door for us. Installation was badly delayed by shipping problems with our hardware, but they kept us informed and installed the door as quickly as possible. Actually, some of the hardware has still not arrived, and they offered to go ahead and install the door now and insert the correct hardware (at no extra charge to us) when it is available. Incredible across the board. First off, my installation was delayed because of COVID, bummer, yes, but hello people, bigger picture?? I am a STRONG advocate of responsible business ownership and they were the ONLY trade that had come to my home following the guidelines. I was actually appalled by how many people I had calling asking to do work when I knew there businesses was not essential. Kudos to ATM for taking NY lives seriously. AND following the law.
