Very helpful and good service staff here. Encik Asyraff explained very clearly and patiently for me apply credit card. Then , he explained for renew road tax insurance with good offers. So I decided to buy from him as well. Everything was smooth and good experience. The only thing is this branch needs more staffs. As I can see Encik Asyraff is running here and there to entertain other customers , not only me.

I visited the bank recently to ask for some information regarding my account, but unfortunately, my experience was not good. The woman at the counter behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner. Instead of assisting properly, her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is very important in banking, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff communicate respectfully with customers in the future.

I visited a Maybank branch in Pulau Sebang (Tampin branch) to resolve an issue with my Maybank2u login password, but the experience was very disappointing. Despite there being only a few customers at the time, I was not given the assistance I needed after multiple attempts to seek help.
