The 2 lady workers are so unprofessional. Told one customers account balance out loud, talked about how much they were going to put in atm in front of customers. They are so ghetto and unprofessional. I canceled my account with them. Hope might be a good option but try another branch. This one gave me a bad taste about hope CU as a whole.
My home buying experience has been the WORSE experience ever. The WORSE. No sense of direction and when you explain things to them, they still throw you in a hole. Do not lend with this bank. Go to another bank.
