The 2 lady workers are so unprofessional. Told one customers account balance out loud, talked about how much they were going to put in atm in front of customers. They are so ghetto and unprofessional. I canceled my account with them. Hope might be a good option but try another branch. This one gave me a bad taste about hope CU as a whole.

The woman who answered the phone had little knowledge of how the loans work. I asked the right questions and she gave all the wrong answers.
