The previous location and staff was much better but unfortunately now closed (off Naper Blvd near OfficeMax). Yesterday, I got vacation cash, and the lady refused to count it in front of me. She kept her back to the machine that counted it, so I could not see that either. She just handed me a wad of cash, of different denominations, and gave me an envelope. TALKING Genius Jesus at this bank fifth third he is amazing. great service, friendly and creative didn't have paper for the credit card machine and this manger 🫣cut out a roll that don't fit 🤔in the machine and made it into a roll that can print out recite how cool is that 🙃. Closed early on Saturday. I'm disabled and connaot use the outdoor/drive thru atm without injuring myself. The other Fifth Third used to be open on Saturdays.
One of the worst banking app and customer service for just 300 or 600$ promotion if you open a bank account you need to wait 1 or 2 months to transfer you money to another account it’s worst and the customer service I don’t know why there are paying them but there have no idea The mobile app is worst worst you can’t even use it and making a transaction will make you feel like you in 1990s I request you not to open your account in 53 bank
Went into the bank with my wife to deposit a $150 check in both of our names. They (including the brach manager) refused to deposit it because my wife was not on the account. I have been banking with 53rd for over 15 years with 3 different accounts and a mortgage. When I called customer service they could not believe they wouldn't deposit my check! 53rd better get a new manager in place that understands customer service and that customers have several options to leave.
