By far the worst Dunkin in Syracuse! I stop at this Dunkin 5 days a week to get a large caramel iced coffee. I personally don't see the difficulty in adding flavoring cream sugar and then iced coffee. I have to complain on a daily basis just to have it made right. (Pathetic, I've complained up to 4 times in one visit just for them to get it made correctly) I've complained to managers and they blame it on there lack of employees who care.
