I don’t understand why there’s a seven dollar a month service fee when the online banking is constantly down like what are we paying for?
Customer service was terrible. Renea acted as if I was trying to commit a crime. Putting her hands up to me; over a check that has 'Pay to the order of: *name* C/O Myself.' with my full name and address on it. As well as me having all needed legal documents.
