Customer service was terrible. Renea acted as if I was trying to commit a crime. Putting her hands up to me; over a check that has 'Pay to the order of: *name* C/O Myself.' with my full name and address on it. As well as me having all needed legal documents. She was uneducated on the information. She thumbed through my paperwork sloppy and rude as well as uninterested, conveniently no manager was available. I have used Cortrust bank since I opened my first bank account. I've also gone through two mortgage experiences through the bank with Jeff Mindt. I would highly recommend Cortrust bank for a local/regional bank that works with their customers to meet their lending and banking needs. They provide excellent customer service (responsive) and the people I've worked with have always seemed to care about me and answer any questions I may have. I'd highly recommend for any banking needs!
