办理业务的时候发现存款不足收了好几个月的service fee。美国的银行一般在首次都会在解释后予以免除，而且收了好几个月我也只要求免除一次。办理柜员Lisa Liu粗暴拒绝，说：我们银行不可以的。我说能否麻烦你帮忙问下经理呢？她回答：不用问，你在办理我们这里办卡的时候相关人员就已经告诉您了，我们不会免费的。态度极其嚣张。在争执过程中，经理反应快速。立马过来免除一个月。柜员Lisa Liu完全就是用国内银行的态度对待同样说国语的同胞！
