Great customer service! As soon as I walked in, a teller greeted me. Then Eric, the loan officer was available right away. He was so helpful explaining the commercial loan process. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, the atm doesn’t let you transfer money!! The cards take forever to come in the mail and when they do I call to activate it and I still have to go to the bank for them to activate it!! This bank needs to get updated my other banks are fast , and they give you an atm card right there when you open an account !!! It takes days to clear money in the account so I never know how much I have !!! Horrible

Worst teller procedures I’ve seen. Having worked at a credit union myself I am flabbergasted to think that a passport, even if it’s not a US passport, is not acceptable as a form of ID for cashing a bank check. Especially as it is their own customer’s check. And on top of that they wouldn’t have given the full amount of the check. They were literally going to give me another check for part of it. I would look elsewhere for your banking needs.

Worst customer service, & management I have ever scene & witnessed. Tellers look miserable probably because of their manager. This quite possibly could be the most poorly ran small bank around. I have never witnessed worse service in my life from any organization. I’ve seen better management at an all a dollar. Don’t expect to get all your statements when you ask for them or they’ll charge you. Don’t expect any help from a manager. This bank is a joke. One of the worst organizations I’ve dealt with.
