The people here are so miserable so they hid their page on Google to avoid the reviews lol. Edit/Update: I decided it might be okay during the day time to try again, there is currently a sign on the door at 10:30 a.m. on a Monday morning that says in restroom lolol so you have one employee and they’re in the bathroom or drug addicts work here either way the next one is not even a mile up the street lol

I purchased a pack of chocolate chip cookies for $1.00 and the cashier charged $1.00 and said the 30 cents was the sales tax. I know the sales tax in Virginia is high, but it's definitely not 30%. Imagine how much money is taken in by 7-11 and people do not notice this. I am reporting this store to the division of taxation. These stores are only here to exploit the most vulnerable amongst us. Never again. Go Wawa! Go Royal Farms!
Old lady w/walker is the most insufferable human. Shes threatened me, refused to give me $5 for change I brought during shortage, doesn't open the store at night, pretends they don't take ebt.she drained 7k points I had saved. I had to take my business to wawa bc threatening me was too far.for nothing,bc she felt i took too long deciding on snacks.otherwise this location is AMAZING.just not when she's working.i make sure to go after 6am bc it is the best 711 around if you take her out of the equation
