The cashiers was horrible. He was rude not a single smile. Did not listen to what I was saying. How come people like this work here. His shift was at 530 ish on Friday 14th March. Very bad attitude as a customer service person.
I would appreciate if this 7/11 could lower the volume of their classic music. I was in the restaurant next door and the Italian Opera that blasted from the 7/11 was so loud that i could barely hear what anyone was saying. I would appreciate if you could lower the volume of the music that you project outside your store so i can enjoy the music from the restaurant next door and the company of my friends and family. Thank you.
