I hate this bank. Its so hard to pay my car loan online with there really bad website. Now that I moved away from Florida its even worse. Its like they dont want my money but then again mess up my credit. How in this day in age do you not have the option to use a debit card on your online portal. Get it together and make it easier to pay you. My only option now is to pay over the phone and get hit with a $25 charge every time. Do better Fairwinds. DO NOT OPEN A FAIRWINDS ACCOUNT!!!! We have learned the hard way. We moved to the area over the summer. Opened a JOINT account with my wife doing the paperwork. Because of that, I CANNOT get statements online, get ANYTHING with my name on it (which I need to apply for a mortgage and other financing) or get ANYWHERE with them. Their solution is to go in person, open a NEW joint account, close the old one. So now my wife has the same issue I have. Bad experience with a pre approved car loan. Loan officer was terrible about getting back via emails and phone messages. Left multiple messages asking rate and closing after being approved with no response. I will go somewhere else for a loan from now on.
I have been banking with Fairwinds for over 18 years both business and personal. I had a very large company in Winter Park that we sold. We moved to our house in Ormond Beach, although I miss my W.P. people the staff at the Ormond Beach location treated myself and my wife like family we could not be happier and we will always recommend Fairwinds to everyone. Go to the tuskawilla office frequently Thursday young guy there named Frankie he is very thorough very knowledgable very smart and extremely polite Everyone at that location is extremely helpful I give them 5 stars
