Our son worked with Sydnie after a significant arm injury and the care he received was outstanding. She created a structured strength program that helped him get his arm, back, & shoulder back into throwing and playing shape. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and tough! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a gym member here for a couple of years and love the facility! This summer I suffered an overuse injury and began seeing Sydnie for physical therapy. I’ve worked with multiple PTs and she is by far the best I’ve ever visited! She has done cupping, needling, massage, strengthening exercises, etc. she got me from severe pain in both knees simply walking, back to running 50+ miles a week and running 100 mile races. Sydnie is the absolute star of the recovery circuit at Atlet! I started attending Atlet’s recovery sessions after some hard training, and Sydnie has been incredible. As the physical therapist overseeing the recovery circuit, she truly stands out! She listened, understood exactly what I needed, and helped me both recover and prevent future injury. I always leave feeling stronger, supported, and better prepared for my next workout. If you’re looking for expert care with a personal touch, Sydnie is the best. Highly recommend!
Coach’s were awesome and it genuinely helped with my elbow problems. I was going through an injury and there recovery program and process helped a lot. Thank you guys at ATLET.
