Rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Our solar system is still under warranty, yet this company tried to charge us nearly $900 for “five hours of labor and mileage” to come from Grand Junction to Montrose. The part that is failing may be covered under warranty however, Atlasta insisted that we agree to pay up to the $900 before they would come out to look at the problem. Wonderful company to work with and they did an excellent job of calculation, installation and customer service since having my system installed almost 6 years ago.
We had a very positive experience with Atlasta Solar. Our initial contact was with Holly who was very thorough and explained everything in a very friendly and approachable way - we thank her for her help - then our installation was managed by Todd and his team they did an excellent job - Finished the installation in only 3 1/2 hours.
