Very positive experience with Atlasta Solar of Grand Junction, Colorado. Ease of installation and positive communication through the whole process. 12 months of year we are generating more power than we use!
Just to give you a little history about us; We are quite knowledgeable about solar. We have had multiple homes that utilized solar for heating and more. Everything from Passive Solar to Active Solar (panels). From the first phone call to the final inspection, the entire team was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Our solar system is still under warranty, yet this company tried to charge us nearly $900 for “five hours of labor and mileage” to come from Grand Junction to Montrose. The part that is failing may be covered under warranty however, Atlasta insisted that we agree to pay up to the $900 before they would come out to look at the problem.
