Bad customer service Not much to share about a rundown business

I've used Atlas in the past with a previous boat and turned to them with another boat to get an engine replaced. I was quoted 2-weeks and it turned into 5-weeks. Why? When the engine went into the boat, I was told by the owner Rick that he had tested the engine in the shop. That was clearly not the case. Once the engine was installed and the boat splashed, the engine would not start. The mechanic called Rick to come out to the boat (it was in the marina next to their shop) and Rick refused.
