I have been using Atlas Window Cleaning for years. I called them after receiving an email to book now. I indicated I wanted outside only plus glass deck railing because my husband is in hospice and has c-diff. A highly contagious stomach bacteria which has you pooping uncontrollably. Plus, I did not want strangers in the house with the uptick with COVID. Elloitt was telling me I had to compromise (but would not tell me how) and maybe the window would not be totally clean. I will absolutely use Atlas next time my carpets need to be cleaned. My initial phone call with Elliott was SO thorough, flexible, and thoughtful. Then, our experience with Jose doing the actual cleaning was outstanding. It is clear that Jose takes pride in his work, and it SHOWS. Our decade-old carpet is like new again, after years of abuse from outside shoes, kids, dogs and cats. They earned every star!

Really relieved when Cole called me back within 10 minutes. I had guests coming in, and I needed the windows all cleaned immediately. They worked me into their schedule the next day and their work was perfect. These guys are real winners hire them again.

Not a very in-depth cleaning. He sprayed a little stuff on the carpet and then scrubbed it a little bit. Did not use the machine. He was gone in 15 minutes if it’s weird.
