This past Friday, October 14th my wife and I are from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and were going to New Jersey and stopped at the New Castle Delaware Farmers Market. When we headed back to our motor home I noticed that the mobility scooter carrier on the back of the motor home was sagging at the back and looked like it was ready to break of.
