All individuals involved were very nice. This move was for my 95 y.o mother and required 2 of us flying in to facilitate the packing and moving. The morning of contracted load date-got a call stating that the driver will not make pick up. All of us had flights out the next morning. They had to find substitutes who did show up on their day off (thanks goes to them!) After pickup, it was very hard to get accurate timing info of where the truck was at a point in time. Frank, our driver who hauled our stuff and helped move it in across the country was great. Great communication. On time. Worked fast. A high character high integrity individual. Now I can’t say the same about the Tampa crew’s results that packed and stored our stuff before Frank from Allied Orlando took over the final leg.

Move went very smoothly. Adrian our driver communicated with us all along the way. All of our belongings made it across states safely. The movers at both ends were friendly and efficient.
