I have move to another state 3 times in the last year and this was the worst of the three. The coordinator didn't communicate with us until I called up and complained then the information was wrong and their wasn't much coordinating being done. Then the driver said he'd get to my new place before the expected date then actually got here days later with little to no communication unless ... read more
Smooth. Driver, packers, loaders and unloaders met our expectations
My packers were scheduled for 9 o'clock am. They didn't show up until 5:30 pm! My estimate move weights was 12000 lbs. So the price was based off of that. My actual move weight was 6060 lbs. So I still was charged full price. My move coordinator Diane was fantastic and my mover (driver) was phenomenal!!!!
My movers April and Simone were absolutely fantastic and they were both my loading crew in Florida and my unloading crew in South Carolina several days later. They were very efficient, respectful, careful, and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend this crew!
They were great is working with my schedule which changed more than once. Our driver was prompt and organized. But the people who packed us up in the Orlando area stole several items from us including my wedding ring with my grandmother’s diamond and an expensive JBL speaker. They also stuffed packing tape in the toilet tank. The Texas movers were excellent.
