They treated us with respect and came in under their quote and a day early. Our motorhome needed a new transmission and they even allowed us to park on the property for 3 days while they worked on it.
I had a lot of problems (and questions) about a 93 Explorer transmission. These guys have a lot of experience and talked me through most of my repairs. When I did need to take the valve body in they charged me way less than I expected. These guys are professionals and genuinely want to help.
