This place used to be way better, sadly I had a return to do and was pressured to take a store credit when I was asked if I wanted to get anything in exchange which I was planning to do to be fair, but I told her "let's see how this goes first" then was told that there is a handling fee on "used items" even though the toolbag was spotless had all its tags on it and was in it's original packaging... I recently visited Atlas, and during checkout, the cashier - Rinu, with confidence charged me for bonus items. Fortunately, I noticed the error since I wasn’t in a rush. When I pointed it out, she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying until another employee came to assist her. Later, when I asked about the store’s return policy, she had no idea how to respond. It was quite disappointing, especially as she was chewing gum the entire time. The store used to be much better when employees like Mercy were around.

The Atlas Tools has a good selection of tools and materials. The store is well-stocked and organized , making it easy to find what you need. Overall, a decent experience for home improvement shopping.
