I can’t even explain the great customer service I received. I sent a message on IG for a product. They looked all over for me when the system even said sold out and still found me the display one. They shipped it to this store for the very next morning. I was over the moon with the service.
We shop here often and customer service is always great. Today though it was EXCELLENT due to Gurman who was so very helpful. He went the extra to help me find what I was looking for. Apparently he is a new salesman on the floor however he is clearly not new at how to provide a top notch customer experience!
