The most incompetent title company. Never communicated with my realtor. Sje always had to reach out to them for any information especially regarding closing. They held our check for over a week because they needed the actual paperwork from my sale eventhough everythingbeas scanned into them the same day as closing. That paperwork wa good enough to pay the realtors, but not good enough to send my check.
